In our ingredient selection process, we decided to base our bars around natural ingredients that not only taste good but do good for the body too.

Peanut Butter

Natural peanut butter offers a high protein content, healthy fats, and a rich, creamy texture that enhances the flavor and satiety of protein bars. It's also a source of vitamins and minerals.

COCONUT

Coconut is rich in medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which are fats that the body can readily convert to energy. It also adds flavor and texture to protein bars and provides fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

HONEY

Raw honey provides a natural source of energy and sweetness without the need for refined sugars. It contains antioxidants and can help in maintaining glycogen levels.

CHOCOLATE

When used in its darker forms, chocolate can be a source of antioxidants, particularly flavonoids. It improves the taste of protein bars and can contribute to heart health and mood elevation.

CINAMMON

Cinnamon not only enhances flavor without adding calories but also has anti-inflammatory properties and can help regulate blood sugar levels, making it a beneficial spice for sustained energy and metabolic health.

BLUEBERRIES

Blueberries are high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, particularly vitamin C and K. They add natural sweetness while contributing to overall health with their anti-inflammatory properties.
